Nicole Wright, Esq.
OVERVIEW:
Nicole is an employment law attorney specializing in workplace investigations. She has conducted hundreds of investigations into a wide range of employment concerns over the last 18 years. Nicole has lead investigations involving complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and other violations of internal policies. As the principal of her firm, Wright Law, Nicole provides workplace investigations for both large and small employers. Additionally, she provides training and Human Resources consulting services to her clients. Nicole is a trusted adviser for in-house counsel, management, business owners, and human resources professionals.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
Prior to founding Wright Law, Nicole worked as an Employment Counsel for Resources HR Consulting, a HR Consulting firm. Nicole provided advice, counsel and training to small and mid-sized organizations on employment law related issues. Nicole has extensive human resources and business management experience, both in-house as well as in a business consultant role. She conducted numerous workplace investigations involving complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, wage and hour issues, terminations, leave and accommodations and violations of internal policies and laws.
